Unlike previous meetings, you must book your own accommodation. If you are a MOPNET member then reasonable accommodation costs will be covered.
You can book a room online in University of London accommodation. The Crescent Hotel is a large hotel near UCL which has been used by delegates at recent meetings in the Mathematics Department. The closest big hotel is probably Ibis Euston St Pancras on Euston Road. There is also an informal list of recommended hotels.Registration is free for Meeting 5. Please send an email to t.betcke@ucl.ac.uk with the subject 'MOPNET 5' to register. Please include the following in the body:
- your name and affiliation in the email body;
- your arrival and departure days;
- state whether or not you have any special dietary requirements.
Because of the venue and budget, numbers are limited to 35 people , and these places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. PhD students belonging to the network can also be considered for registration if recommended by their supervisors, though the finance available is limited by EPSRC rules.
